On 17 October 2026, MSM Unify India announced the acquisition of KlickEdu and RJ Vision at a press conference in New Delhi. Both founding teams continue to lead their businesses. Both keep their brand identities. MSM Unify provides strategic direction, technology, operating support and access to an international network.
